The AgGateway Management Team (MT) is responsible for the ongoing day-to-day management of AgGateway and is accountable to the AgGateway Board of Directors (BOD) and is led by the president of AgGateway.  Members are appointed by the board of directors for either a one or two year term.   The MT is authorized to execute all financial matters that are approved in the budgeting process or as authorized by the BOD.  The MT is the first level of escalation on any issues that the operating committees or councils are unable to decide.

Management Team Responsibilities

• Setting annual goals and objectives for AgGateway;
• Entering into contracts and monitoring performance against them;
• Appointing standing committee chairpersons and assisting with recruiting committee members;
• Officially representing AgGateway;
• Managing the organization's finances;
• Recommending budgets to the Board of Directors;
• Recommending membership fees to the Board of Directors;
• Maintaining regular communications with the membership;
• Participating in the Board of Director meetings;
• Maintaining this document.
