**Subscribers that require EBID Subset Permissions, have a Medium or Large Subset, and have over 1,000 EBID entities in their subset are assessed and additional fee to cover D&B charges and manual processing of EBID entities. Subscribers that use GLN and do not require EBID subset permissions are not subject to this fee even if there are more than 1,000 entities in their subset that have an EBID assigned to them.
Initial Loads
New Subscribers to AGIIS wishing to enumerate greater than 100 entities, using the EBID, require an Initial Load for matching and enumeration.
The Help Desk will work closely with new Subscribers to ensure that data is correctly loaded into the standard XML or published flat-file format.
Pricing estimates will be provided at the beginning of the process and prior to processing steps 7 and 8.
Files submitted for initial load processing will go through the following processing steps:
1. Name Standardization
2. Address Standardization and Validation
3. Matching against the AGIIS Directory
4. Add entities to Subscriber subset
5. Return matches to subscriber using the existing subset update function
6. Return disposition file to subscriber
7. D&B Look-ups fee + $4.60 phone verification to Company, if D&B look-up produces a match and the entity is a Trading Partner type
8. D&B Investigation fee + $4.60 phone verification to Company, if entity is a Trading Partner type
Steps 1 – 6 are part of the initial Set-up and Implementation Fee for new Subscribers.
Steps 7 – 8 carry transaction charges that will be billed to the Subscriber. The D&B charges are direct pass-through charges
incurred from processing services at Dun & Bradstreet. D&B charges apply to records not matched in Step 3.
The AGIIS Help Desk at Company performs phone verification for specific entity types.
Phone verification charges apply to unmatched records from Step 3 that are classified as Trading Partners.
Subscribers will be provided with an estimate of these charges at the time the Initial Load is submitted.
A revised estimate will be provided prior to completing steps 7 and 8.
