Take Control with the New Member Portal

By Chris Crutchfield, AgGateway Member Services

AgGateway is happy to announce that a new resource, the AgGateway Member Portal, will be available to members in the coming weeks. The Member Portal, accessed from the AgGateway website, ties directly into the AgGateway Information Management system where the organization’s company and contact information is maintained. As an AgGateway member you’ll now be able to:

  • Update personal and company information (such as address, phone numbers and email addresses);
  • Look up contact information of fellow AgGateway members;
  • Look up who is participating in AgGateway councils, committees and other groups (if those members have provided this information to be shared on the portal);
  • Opt in or out of council, committee and other distribution lists;
  • View AGIIS subscription status of fellow members;
  • Pay invoices online; and
  • Purchase sponsorship opportunities for the AgGateway Mid-Year Meeting and Annual Conference online.

AgGateway members should watch for a future communication that will provide your PIN and instructions for accessing the portal. If you are attending Mid-Year Meeting next week, be sure to attend the Member Portal education session to learn all that the portal offers. If you are unable to attend the session, feel free to visit the “Member Services Live” desk near registration throughout the week. We will be happy to provide a demonstration, or answer any questions you have about the Member Portal.

We are excited to share this resource, which will give you more control over your personal and company information. Member Services will continue to provide the same support as always, but we are confident that by giving you more control of your personal and company information, the quality of data we maintain will be better and more up to date.

If you have any questions about the Member Portal, please contact Member Services at Member.Services@AgGateway.org, or call us at (866) 251-8618.
