By Chris Crutchfield, AgGateway Member Services
Member Services recently sent a communication to all AGIIS subscriber administrators requesting they review and update AGIIS user profiles on behalf of their organization. This communication is sent out each spring and is a good reminder for your organization to inactivate users no longer using AGIIS, review and update user privileges, and update email addresses and phone numbers that may have changed over the course of the year.
If you are an AGIIS user, you can help in this effort by reviewing your personal user profile. How do you do this? Simply hover over the “Administration” menu and click on “My Profile”. On the User Profile page, review your phone number and email address, make necessary updates, and click, “Submit”. It’s that simple!
The User Profile page also displays the names and contact information of your company’s subscriber administrator(s). These are folks within your organization that are responsible for maintaining user profiles and privileges on behalf of your organization. If you ever need a privilege added or revoked, or simply need a password reset, one of these individuals can assist you.
Member Services would like to thank you in advance for taking a few moments to review your profile. Keeping accurate contact information in AGIIS ensures that we can communicate important AGIIS updates to you efficiently. If you have questions about updating your profile, please contact Member Services at Member.Services@AgGateway.org, or call us at (866) 251-8618.
