Introducing “MyAgGateway” and its Benefits: Review and Update Your Profile Today!

We are pleased to announce the launch of “MyAgGateway”, our new association management system that lets members easily access and manage information related to their AgGateway experience.

On July 21, all AgGateway members received an email with instructions on how to sign into the new system. If you did not receive the email with your log-in link, simply contact Member Services. We will happily resend you your personal invitation.

Members can now use MyAgGateway to:

  • Access a Membership Directory, with the ability to look up contact information for other members (including opt in/opt out options)
  • Look up lists of committee and working group members
  • Track your AgGateway volunteer history, and that of your company.

In terms of communications, you can now:

  • Update who in your company is receiving communications
  • Maintain your list of company volunteers (which members of your organization are involved in which AgGateway activities).

You can also use the system to:

  • Register for AgGateway meetings
  • Purchase sponsorships
  • Track and manage your AgGateway dues and fees invoices, with the ability to see your accounting history.

Important: If you are the primary AgGateway contact for your organization, start by verifying that your organization’s profile information (address, phone, email) is correct. Also, review the company roster and make any additions or deletions as necessary. If any changes are needed, contact us at Member Services (

I encourage all members to take a moment to log in, view your profile and update any information that may be out of date. I also encourage everyone to upload a headshot to your profile, a great feature that will allow you to put a face to your name for all members to see!

Member Services is excited about MyAgGateway. With it, we will be able to provide member companies a complete view of their organization’s involvement in AgGateway including committee and working group involvement, attendance at face-to-face meetings, and AgGateway award winners. Company primary contacts can also manage AgGateway dues and fees invoices with the ability to see accounting history. (Go to the Organization record, and choose the Links tab.)

If you’d like a quick overview of the new system, review this session by Leslie Hedges, Director of Member Relations, held during AgGateway’s Education & Action Week in June. Additional system features will be coming in the future, such as the ability to purchase an AgGateway membership or AGIIS subscription on-line.
