One Click to Member Services Live!

The Annual Conference has always been a great time to touch base with Member Services with any questions or comments you may have regarding AgGateway activities or your membership. Even as we move to a virtual Annual Conference, we will continue to make it easy to access what we call, “Member Services Live”.

For Member Services Live, you would usually see our team sitting at a table near registration at Annual Conference. Well, it’s 2020 – and things are different! So this year just imagine us waiting to serve you remotely – and please feel free to click on “Member Services Live” to chat with us during the conference.

Throughout the virtual conference, Member Services Live will be just one click away. Look for us on the conference home page and get help with the following:

  • Obtain access to the AgGateway Wiki, and assistance navigating the Wiki
  • Join a Working Group
  • Update your company roster (anyone at your company who should receive AgGateway information)
  • Generate a customized product extract in the Ag Industry Identification System (AGIIS)
  • Create a simple-to-use CSV file for updates in AGIIS
  • Learn about AGIIS enhancements in 2020 and enhancements soon to be rolled out
  • Assistance using AgGateway tools and resources
  • Other requests regarding membership, AgGateway activities, etc.
