We're only about two weeks away from Annual Conference, November 16-18. Join us!

An agenda and all other conference details can be found on the AgGateway website. We received positive member reviews on the Mid-Year Meeting digital experience in July – we are planning for the Annual Conference format to be even more engaging!

And remember, AgGateway members can invite non-members free as part of the Invite-a-Trading-Partner program. Simply direct your invited attendee to put your company’s name on the registration form when asked who is hosting them.

Conference highlights include:

  • Keynote speaker Iain Lennon, Director of Product Management for Proagrica. Lennon leads product strategy and R&D for Proagrica, and will speak to data and analytics solutions that combine data from agronomic, enterprise and supply chain systems.
  • General session speaker Dan Kelly, founder of The Negotiator Guru. Kelly is a global thought leader in advanced negotiation and IT strategic sourcing. His State of the CIO podcast is a platform for global IT leaders to discuss the changing role of technology in the business world. Read more >

Presentations Now Available on 2021 and 5-Year Plans to the Membership

The AgGateway board thanks all those who participated in the recent webinars reviewing AgGateway's 2021-2025 strategic plan, 2021 annual plan, and 2021 financial estimates.

We’ve posted a pdf of the presentation for members to download and review. The deck contains information on AgGateway’s goals and objectives, value proposition for members, and anticipated dues and fees. Latin America

November: Digital Ag in Argentina, Data Protection Law, Soil Lab Data and More

Our last meeting of the year for members in Latin America takes place on November 10. It will feature a very special program, starting with a lecture on digital agriculture in Argentina, given by Fernando Scaramuzza (Coordination of Precision Agriculture at INTA - Argentina) followed by a presentation on the new LGPD (General Data Protection Law) with a specialist in digital law, Dr. Ana Paula Siqueira. She will explain this topic and respond to questions and concerns from our members. Read more >

 

Staff Opening

AgGateway Seeks Member Implementation Manager

AgGateway is seeking a Member Implementation Manager. This is a part-time, contractor position. The job description follows:

Job Summary

The Member Implementation Manager is a new position created to assist members in maximizing the value of AgGateway and related digital resources. This includes working closely with new and existing members to coach them through internal, company-specific implementations, as well as implementations with trading partners, so that members can quickly realize the value of digital connectivity. The role also includes responsibility for researching and presenting on emerging technologies that have implications for members, and for AgGateway’s priorities in developing digital resources.

The Member Implementation Manager will work closely with other AgGateway staff including the Director of Member Relations, the Chief Technology Officer, the Portfolio Manager, and other staff and volunteer leaders. Read more >
