AGIIS Update

AGIIS Annual Maintenance Activities

AgGateway’s Ag Industry Identification System (AGIIS) provides a repository for industry common data elements that serve as the fundamental building blocks for efficient electronic interactions between agricultural companies. Today, AGIIS contains 5.3 Million entities and 221,000 agricultural products ranging from crop protection chemicals, seed and fertilizer.

These activities may update entity demographics, so it is important for AGIIS subscribers to understand when each maintenance activity is being performed so that any resulting changes to entity demographics can be applied to their internal systems.
