March 2022 Working Group Round-Up

Just two months into the new year, the Portfolio Management Center is excited to share significant movement on key Working Group projects, including the approval of two new Working Groups developed through AgGateway Europe.

Conny Graumans, AgGateway Europe Regional Director, presented charters for two Working Groups at the February Portfolio Management Center meeting. After review and minor changes, AgGateway COO Jeremy Wilson gave his approval. The two new groups are described below. Read more >

In this digital age, it is a must for every individual and company to be proactive about protecting their digital assets, which is why the AgGateway Directory Oversight Committee has approved an enhancement to strengthen the current Ag Industry Identification System (AGIIS) Password Management Solution. Latin America Update

AgGateway Latin America held a membership meeting on February 15, where participants discussed which association projects would be focused on in the year ahead. Sector meetings will be scheduled for later this month, which will center on identifying and prioritizing pain points and challenges in collecting climate data and improving connectivity. Members will be invited to join Working Groups to move the process forward. Read more >

I am excited to share details on the progress we are making on two projects coming out of the Europe Region. As referenced in Dan Berne’s Working Group Roundup, we are preparing two new charters: Potato Provenance and Closed Loop Spray. Read more >

AgGateway To Join AEM’s Celebration of Modern Ag on the National Mall this Month

AgGateway will display along with more than 30 agriculture companies and organizations on the National Mall in Washington, DC as part of a Celebration of Modern Agriculture, March 21-22. Read more >
