The AgGateway Mid-Year Meeting in Altoona, IA is just six weeks away, so now is the time to start planning your meeting experience. Agriculture events across the country have been recording significant attendance numbers so far this year, and after a highly active and productive winter and spring for AgGateway Working Groups and Committees, we are expecting a strong turnout in Iowa this summer.
To help you plan, here’s a checklist of activities, opportunities, and things to know:
Get Registered. If you have not already registered, sign into MyAgGateway and secure your spot. Registration is $300, and includes all sessions, Wednesday lunch, grab and go breakfasts each day, networking breaks, and evening receptions on Monday and Tuesday.
Reserve Hotel. Hotel room block at Prairie Meadows will be available at the conference rate of $163/night until May 19. Click here to reserve your room. You will need to use the following group code and password to take advantage of the conference rate. Group Code: 161023AGGATEWAY — Password: 863001850
Review Agenda. Some changes have been made to the traditional conference flow this year, so set some time aside to dig into the agenda. There will be a conference app released about a week before the conference opens to make scheduling meetings a snap.
