Checklist for the Annual Conference

Are you prepared for the AgGateway Annual Meeting and Conference? We have put together a checklist so you can come to the conference ready to collaborate and network with industry peers.

  • Get registered now! The early bird rate is only available until October 14 - it’s $625 for members and $800 for non-members. The regular rate of $775 for members and $950 for non-members begins October 15.
  • Are you interested in the Think Like a Startup pre-conference workshop for only $100? It takes place Monday, November 6 from 8:30-11:30 am. For more information, click here.
  • If you want to attend the Seed Quick Connect session on Tuesday, November 7 from 1:00-5:00 pm, be sure to sign up. The cost is covered in the conference registration. For more information, click here.
  • Reserve your hotel room at the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa. A discounted room rate is available for $195 per night until October 18.
  • Have you made your transportation arrangements? Taxis, shared ride vans, and rental cars are available from the San Diego International Airport. Review transportation options.
  • Secure your sponsorship! Multiple sponsorships are still available, so review the list, and help make sure the conference is a continued success.
  • Review the Conference Agenda. Plan your days ahead of time, so you can take advantage of attending a conference in beautiful Mission Bay. This area offers an assortment of dining options as well as attractions to enjoy.
