By Chris Crutchfield, AgGateway
Please join me in welcoming Nikki Marshall to the Member Services team! Nikki joined the team in August and is responsible for processing requests regarding the Ag Industry Identification System (AGIIS) directory, answering the Member Services phone line and responding to inquiries from AgGateway membership, AGIIS subscribers and AgGateway staff.
Nikki has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership from Baker University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Prior to her Member Services role, Nikki provided customer support for the Federal Individuals with Disabilities Act as an employee of DXC Technology. Before that, Nikki spent some time in the agriculture sector, working as a scheduling coordinator and client services representative with Machinery Link in Kansas City, MO. In that job she managed combine and harvester rental contracts for a fleet of 300 machines.
On a personal level, Nikki lives in the Kansas City area with her husband, son and two cats. She enjoys listening to and performing music. In addition to singing, she plays bass guitar, flute, ukulele and the Irish whistle. If you get the chance, ask her about her band, External Combustion Orchestra.
We are delighted to have Nikki on the Member Services team. She brings with her a robust skill set to assist AgGateway members and AGIIS subscribers. Welcome to the team, Nikki!
